As an
Identity Consultant , you will support, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise identity services across
Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID , and hybrid identity environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting authentication, infrastructure, and access-related issues while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient identity operations. Working independently on day-to-day activities, you will contribute to automation, service improvements, knowledge sharing, and the ongoing optimization of identity platforms and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
Administer and support Active Directory environments, including users, groups, organizational units, Group Policies, and delegated permissions.
Manage and maintain Domain Controllers, performing health checks, replication validation, troubleshooting, and supporting FSMO role awareness and administration.
Support hybrid identity services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect synchronization, and hybrid authentication solutions.
Investigate and resolve identity, authentication, DNS, certificate, Kerberos, LDAP/LDAPS, and access-related issues through effective root cause analysis.
Monitor operational queues, alerts, dashboards, shared mailboxes, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Develop, maintain, and improve PowerShell scripts, reporting solutions, scheduled tasks, and automation tooling to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate incidents, requests, problems, and changes through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, while maintaining documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and continuous service improvements.
