Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing with the Transaction Services team.
Perform complex client setups across applications and manage client inquiries.
Investigate and resolve root causes of data quality issues and processing errors.
Analyze data and recommend process improvements and automation to senior management.
Collaborate with teams to develop and execute automation testing.
Maintain working relationships with technology support and internal customers, communicating issues and requirements promptly.
Follow internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines and procedures.

2-5 years of experience in financial services, operations or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong client and business focus, service orientation and accountability.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management; excellent written and verbal English.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Power Point, including pivot tables, lookup functions and formulas.
Ability to collaborate across business lines and management levels, work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and quickly learn new processes and products.
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools for efficiency and data analysis.
