Responsibilities
Develop and enhance scalable Android mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Jetpack Compose and follow MVVM or MVI patterns.
Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, legal and external teams to deliver new features.
Optimize application performance and user experience while keeping code scalable, reusable and maintainable.
Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, CI/CD processes and Agile ceremonies.

Indefinite-term employment contract; position available from December 2026.
Work location: Wroclaw, Silver Tower Office Centre.
Hybrid working pattern: two days every two weeks, scheduled flexibly according to business needs.
Reporting line: Manager or Team Lead.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

Senior profile: more than 6 years of experience; Software Front End developer profile: up to 6 years.
Proficiency in Kotlin and Android Jetpack, including Compose, View Model, Live Data and Flow.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
Strong understanding of mobile application performance, optimization and testing.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party services and APIs in microservices environments.
Knowledge of HTTP, REST, JSON, API gateways and service-based architectures.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
