production deploymen t. Define scalable workload automation solutions based on
open-source
technologies. Drive architectural decisions across platform design, integrations, data flows, security, observability, availability, and resiliency. Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term operability. Provide
technical leadership
during architecture and design discussions. Align technical solutions with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution diagrams, ADRs, roadmaps, and non-functional requirements. Work with engineering and DevOps teams to establish deployment patterns,
CI/CD standards , and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience
in
Solution Architecture ,
System Architecture , or a
senior engineering
role with significant architectural ownership. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems. Hands-on or architectural-level experience with
Kubernetes ,
Kafka,
and
Apache Airflow
or comparable workflow orchestration platforms Strong understanding of microservices architectures,
APIs , and distributed systems design. Solid knowledge of architecture best practices, including security-by-design, resiliency, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within global environments. Ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions and guide implementation teams. NICE TO HAVE Experience with
DevOps
practices, including
CI/CD ,
automation , and
Infrastructure as Code
concepts. Understanding of testing strategies, quality assurance processes, and non-functional testing. Experience working with broader open-source ecosystems, including
Linux
and
