Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with experience in process documentation and escalation handling.
What You Will Be Responsible For As an Associate 2, you will:
Independently manage daily BAU tasks and ensure timely execution.
Identify and elevate operational issues to appropriate Manager.
Contribute to SOP and job aid creation and updates.
Assist in reporting and analytics preparation for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements.
What We Value
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to manage BAU tasks and elevate issues appropriately.
Experience in drafting SOPs and job aids.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in financial services or custody operations.
Prior experience in documentation and operational support.
Note : The role requires a minimum of three days per week working form the office
Minimum Salary zł68,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
