About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Config Parameter Engineer to support parameter and dataset management for next generation Stellantis vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain and deliver high quality software parameters on time.
- Manage parameter lists, variants and documentation using dataset/variant management tools (AVL CRETA).
- Plan, track and coordinate parameter definition activities across teams.
- Build and maintain RASIC matrices for all parameters within the project.
- Collaborate with System, Architecture, Development, Integration, Validation, Calibration and PLE teams.
- Support continuous improvement of tools and processes.
- Contribute to SWX and Vehicle Program milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills
- Experience with parameter/configuration management.
- Understanding of automotive software development (V model, ASPICE).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Git and dataset/variant management tools (AVL CRETA or other) and calibration tools (INCA, CANape or other).
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
