Swift Recruitment is partnering with an international company specialising in industrial safety solutions to recruit an experienced Technical Safety Engineer based in Warsaw. This is an opportunity to join an international engineering team and support industrial clients in implementing effective machinery safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) solutions. The position combines hands‑on technical expertise, customer‑facing project work and the opportunity to work independently on industrial safety projects across Poland and selected European markets. Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical safety assessments of industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites. Identify hazardous energy sources and support the development and implementation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Assess machinery safety requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Prepare technical documentation, safety instructions and project reports. Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel. Cooperate with international engineering teams on industrial safety projects. Travel regularly to customer facilities across Poland and occasionally other European countries. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, machinery safety, commissioning or a similar technical engineering role. Good understanding of industrial machinery and electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Knowledge of machinery safety principles and hazardous energy isolation. Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Ability to interpret technical documentation and independently assess technical requirements. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Good command of Polish and English. Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50% of working time). Valid driving licence. Nice to Have
Experience conducting machinery safety audits or risk assessments. Previous experience in field engineering or technical consulting. What We Offer
