Technical Consultant in Kielce

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation of complex deployments of AI-powered compliance and financial crime solutions. You will set the technical approach for client engagements within architecture standards, design integrations, AI model endpoints, and automation with Solution Architects and Engineering, and act as a trusted technical advisor to client and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of complex client deployments, from requirements through SIT, UAT, OAT, and go-live, across multiple client engagements at once.
• Lead client and internal technical workshops to gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive implementation and delivery.
• Provide accurate effort estimates for workstreams and deployments, and contribute to delivery planning with TPMs and internal stakeholders.
• Translate functional and regulatory requirements into technical and configuration specifications for multi-system solutions.
• Design integrations across REST APIs and XML/JSON data flows, and design scalable solutions with Solution Architects and Engineering.
• Lead client-facing technical discussions on architecture, APIs, SAML/SSO, network design, integrations, and deployment.
• Set the technical approach for deployments within architecture standards; elevate cross-client architecture and effort changes.
• Lead formal client acceptance phases (SIT, UAT, and OAT), guiding defect analysis and resolution to successful acceptance.
• Influence the engineering roadmap by feeding back client and delivery learnings to Engineering and Product.
• Configure, deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot platform components using technologies such as GitHub, YAML, Helm, Kubernetes, XML, and JSON.
• Use SQL and shell scripting to support configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and basic performance tuning.
• Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, deployment, and environment management.
• Support platform upgrades, integrations, and production deployments.
• Design AI-enabled workflows using AI agents, LLMs, and RAG, including prompt design, response validation, and integration of AI outputs into business processes.
• Support the deployment and integration of AI/ML models within compliance solutions, including model endpoints and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Assist with data preparation, validation, and feature engineering for AI applications.
• Collaborate with DS to remediate and improve issues such as data drift, model degradation, or unexpected model outputs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Monitor solution and system performance against SLA commitments, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and take corrective actions to optimize reliability, availability, and service quality.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platform capabilities, automation, and delivery practices.
• Maintain clear internal and client-facing technical documentation, configuration records, and implementation knowledge.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, share knowledge and best practices to support team development and delivery excellence.
• Lead knowledge transfer to client, operational, and support teams so solutions can be effectively supported.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a comparable role and scope.
• Strong experience with SQL and database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and Bash/shell scripting.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience configuring and deploying applications using YAML and Helm.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of XML and JSON configuration and data integration.
• Experience with REST APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is desirable.
• Understanding of SAML/SSO and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot code in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Experience working in at least one major cloud environment: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, including AI agents, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG, to automate workflows, validate responses, integrate AI outputs into business processes, and deliver practical business solutions.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including leading technical workshops and design sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis, performance diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
• Proactive reporting of progress, risks, and issues, with early escalation and clear mitigation options.

Strong candidates may also have:

• Hands-on experience with financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud, sanctions, or compliance technology platforms.
• Experience with rule engines, transaction monitoring, alert management, or detection platforms.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM APIs, through REST endpoints or SDKs.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, microservices, event-driven architectures, or API-based integrations.
• Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients.
