**Team Lead - Identity Governance** Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid)Work

You’ll be part of a high-performing, security-driven team that values innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous learning.**Job Summary** The Team Lead - Identity Governance will play a leading role in managing and overseeing identity governance processes across the enterprise.
This includes running end-to-end access certification campaigns, responding to audit and compliance requests, and ensuring alignment with corporate controls and governance requirements.
The role requires strong expertise with Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ), including functionality, customization, and reporting capabilities.
Acting as the primary liaison with Internal Audit (IA), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Controls, and External Auditors, this position will serve as the face of the identity governance program.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable leading governance initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
This is an individual contributor role. **Key Responsibilities** Access Certification Campaign Management Lead the design, execution, and closure of end-to-end access certification campaigns in Sail Point IIQ.
Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements and are completed on schedule.
**Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with strong exposure to Sail Point Identity IQ.
Hands-on experience leading access certification campaigns and responding to audit or compliance requests.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e. g., SOX, ISO, NIST) and governance best practices.
Experience interacting with auditors and compliance stakeholders at senior levels.
Experience with Sail Point IIQ customization (rules, workflows, reporting enhancements).
Prior experience working with external auditors on SOX or similar compliance programs.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evidence gathering and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present governance outcomes clearly.
Self-starter with the ability to own processes end-to-end and drive completion.
Ability to mentor junior analysts and set governance best practices.
