Where You Make An Impact
- Drive the setup, configuration, and continuous development of the Sibo STEP PIM system, ensuring smooth integration and strong overall system performance.
- Manage and optimize the PIM system’s performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance to maintain accurate and compliant product data.
- Design and maintain data flows between PIM and integrated platforms (ERP, eCommerce, DAM, CRM) using APIs and pipelines for seamless interoperability.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop automation workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit
- Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Hands‑on experience with STEP (Workbench, UI, Import/Export Managers) and STEP integration endpoints.
- Proficiency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP‑SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT, plus familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.
- Solid understanding of common STEP integration techniques and patterns, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Agile mindset with practical framework experience, high quality standards, responsibility, and fluency in business English.
