Lean Manager Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing Lean strategies and methodologies across all departments and processes.
Identifying opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization throughout the organization.
Leading Lean training sessions and workshops to educate employees on Lean principles and tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement projects and establish performance metrics.
Analyzing data and conducting process audits to monitor the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
Guiding and supporting project teams in implementing Lean practices and achieving project objectives.
Mentoring and coaching employees at all levels to foster a Lean mindset and drive positive change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar Lean leadership role.
Deep understanding of Lean methodologies, tools, and principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a culture of continuous improvement.
Very good knowledge of English.
