Excellent spoken & written skills in English and Italian 0,5-2+ years of working in a customer facing role handling user issues and queries Thorough knowledge of clients’ applications, products and processes Ability to create SOP manuals for day-to-day operations Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills Effective professional relationships with co-workers and clients Optional
