Conduct extensive reviews a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data for assigned projects Conduct deep-dive analysis on policy violations to identify trends and opportunities to improve reviews Responsible for completing website audits and data collection in a timely manner with error free execution Perform data quality assurance checks for assigned projects Measure progress on all assigned projects. Manage communication of progress with the core team and all stakeholders and escalation issues as necessary, providing transparency and end-to-end coordination of deliverables. Daily maintenance and updates of data on project trackers Attendance and participation in regular and ad hoc meetings and training, as necessary Manage emails in multiple accounts Communicate regularly with team for calibration and alignment Other duties as assigned by leadership team REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years minimum experience in data collection, data review, content moderation Full time availability to work in office 40 hours/week High degree of expertise with Internet browsing, email, G Suite/Microsoft applications Fluency in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online communities Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Background check may be required Valid NFC enabled identification document is a requirement
