We are looking to connect with experienced
Release Train Engineers / ART Leads.
You will coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, aligning business, IT, OT and external suppliers in a regulated environment.
Your responsibilities
Plan and facilitate PI Planning, establishing iteration and PI calendars.
Consolidate team and programme PI Objectives and track delivery against agreed goals.
Facilitate ART synchronization, cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
Coordinate programme backlogs, milestones, roadmaps and delivery plans.
Drive the resolution of risks and impediments, maintain stakeholder alignment and report on ART performance.
Coach leaders, Scrum Masters and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
Support continuous improvement and coordinate quarterly service-management reviews.
- What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a
Release Train Engineer, ART Lead or equivalent , coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of
- SAFe , including hands-on facilitation of
PI Planning .
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry , with awareness of GMP and non-GMP environments.
Experience coordinating business, IT, OT and multiple delivery partners.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Availability to attend the office once a week and participate in additional mandatory onsite qualification, configuration and testing activities.
The preferred experience range is
8–12 years of overall professional experience . Familiarity with pharmaceutical qualification processes would be an advantage.
