Us: Temu is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse performance, quality, cost, and capacity.
Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e. g. sales events).
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers.
Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.
experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is perferred.
Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing small/medium size projects and delivering measurable results.
Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
