Your main responsibilities will include
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Conducting initial screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Managing the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
Closely working with teams internationally.
Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the startup industry and a desire to make an impact.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance requirements.
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work under pressure.
