Description: We are hiring for a full-time, on-site position: Promo Model / Event Host.
Locations: Dubai and Monaco.
Responsibilities include representing clients at promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activations; engaging with the audience; and ensuring a positive, memorable experience for guests.
Daily tasks involve hosting/escorting guests, delivering presentations, answering general inquiries, distributing promotional materials, and providing overall event support.
The role also requires collaborating with event coordinators and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a wide variety of people, and working occasional evenings or weekends (depending on the event schedule).
Requirements: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse audiences.
Experience in customer service or hospitality, with an ability to create a comfortable and positive atmosphere for guests.
Basic event support skills, including assisting with venue setup, attendee registration, crowd management, and operational coordination.
Presentable appearance and a well-groomed look; Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to precisely follow instructions from organizers as well as brand standards; Flexibility regarding work schedule (willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule); Experience in promotional activities, event organization, retail, the hospitality industry, or modeling is an advantage, but not a requirement.
