We are currently looking for a Chinese Translator / Interpreter to join our team and support communication with our Chinese-speaking clients. Your responsibilities
Providing professional translation and interpreting services to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients. Translating business correspondence, documents, and other written materials from Chinese into English and vice versa. Interpreting during online and in-person meetings with clients and business partners. Supporting communication between Chinese-speaking clients and our accounting, legal, tax, and HR & payroll teams. Ensuring accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate communication. Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with clients. Providing administrative and organizational support to the Management Board when required. What we are looking for
At least secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin). Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail. A proactive, independent approach to problem-solving. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. Cultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. Previous experience in translation, interpreting, office administration, or customer service would be an advantage. What we offer
