Key Responsibilities
Build AI-enabled applications using agentic development approaches.
Work across the full application stack rather than being limited to one technical layer.
Take ideas from problem to prototype to working application.
Rapidly prototype, test and iterate solutions based on user feedback.
Work with business and product stakeholders to understand problems that may not initially be well defined.
Help determine the best technical and user experience solution rather than simply coding against a finished specification.
Build within TMF Group’s development, information security and governance environment.
Key Requirements
Experience personally building applications using agentic AI/coding.
Strong software engineering foundations.
Ability to work across front end, back end and databases.
Experience taking applications or prototypes end-to-end.
Rapid prototyping and iterative development.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Experience working with business, product or other non-technical stakeholders.
