What you will do : Manage the end-to-end product vision and execution for AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows designed specifically for customer support teams in a banking environment.
Own the translation from high-level solution design decisions into a clear, structured, and buildable backlog for the engineering team.
Review scope and technical estimates on behalf of the delivery team to ensure project roadmaps are realistic.
Map business processes, document clear requirements, and define acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios to ensure high-quality delivery.
Develop trustful relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth cross-team communication.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities and advise clients on possible directions .
Validate ideas through experimentation to make fast, informed, de-risked decisions using continuous discovery approaches.
Lead a cross-functional team of experts in their field, from AI engineers to experienced designers.
Monitor productization of AI solutions from feasibility study through Po C to release and scale-up.
Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks.
