Role Description
This is a full-time, Introducing Broker role based wherevere you'd like it to be, it's 100% remote.
The Introducing Broker will focus on identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with individual traders and institutional clients who can benefit from Trade Fusion's FX trading ecosystem.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting the platform's features and value proposition, and guiding new clients through account opening and platform integration.
The role also involves ongoing client support, coordinating with internal technical and product teams, monitoring client activity for service quality, and gathering feedback to improve offerings.
The Introducing Broker will be expected to meet defined performance targets, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and represent Trade Fusion professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of FX market, trading platforms (preferably MT5), and brokerage operations.
Experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within financial services or trading.
Ability to explain complex trading and AI concepts clearly to diverse client profiles.
Familiarity with copy-trading, automated trading systems, or algorithmic trading environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
High level of integrity, regulatory awareness, and commitment to ethical, compliant practices.
Comfort working with data and performance metrics to track client activity and sales results.
Proficiency in relevant languages for the local and regional market; English proficiency is an advantage.
Previous experience as an Introducing Broker or similar role is preferred.
