Role: Retail Media Sales Manager – Poland
The person would be part of the Tradedoubler Poland team, working closely with Bridge Retail Media (BRM), with a clear focus on generating advertiser demand for our Retail Media offering.
Key responsibilities
Drive Retail Media sales towards both brands (direct clients) and media agencies.
Focus primarily on new business development (approx. 70–80%), while leveraging existing Tradedoubler relationships (20–30%).
Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers and agency contacts.
Sell Retail Media opportunities across individual retailers and, increasingly, multi-retailer offerings (secondary I would say, but still capable over time at least).
Work closely with the local TD team and BRM on commercial proposals, campaigns and client development.
Proven B2B media sales experience, preferably within digital advertising, Retail Media, e-commerce media or performance marketing.
Established relationships with Polish brands, media agencies and/or relevant marketing decision-makers.
Strong hunter mentality – proactive, commercially driven and comfortable opening doors and closing deals.
Good understanding of digital advertising, media buying and campaign KPIs.
Ability to sell consultatively, explaining the value of Retail Media to advertisers who may be new to the channel.
Self-driven, structured and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
Fluent Polish and strong professional English.
Our priority is finding a strong commercial salesperson with an established network and a proven ability to generate new business. Direct Retail Media experience would be a significant advantage, but is not a strict requirement if the candidate has the right digital media background and sales track record.
The ambition is to build a scalable Retail Media demand business in Poland, using Tradedoubler's local presence and relationships combined with BRM's Retail Media offering.
