In connection with the growth of our Construction structures, we are seeking those interested in their career development in the position of:
HVAC Inspector
Location: Nysa, Poland (on-site)
Start date: December
Contract: B2B (Polish terms)
Responsibilities
Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of the HVAC team
Inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, including conducting regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct malfunctions
Assigning tasks to HVAC technicians, monitor their performance, and ensure they adhere to company guidelines
Coordinating with clients and building managers to discuss their HVAC requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols for HVAC systems
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and standards
Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to HVAC technicians
Monitoring inventory of HVAC equipment and tools, and ordering necessary supplies as needed
Preparing and presenting reports on the performance of HVAC systems to management
Responding to emergency situations involving HVAC systems
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in EPC projects, supervising building installations (preferably industrial projects – data centers, pharma, production warehouses).
Fluent communication skills in English.
Extensive management and leadership experience.
Polish & English language proficiency.
Building license to manage and to design construction works without restriction in the specialty the installation of networks, systems, ventilation, gas, water and sewage and heating equipment.
