Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience.
Experience designing and implementing business workflows using BPMN 2.0.
Integration of Flowable workflows with enterprise applications through Java and REST APIs.
Experience in process modeling, user tasks, service tasks, gateways, and subprocesses.
Strong understanding of workflow engines, process orchestration, and business process automation.
Experience in unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
Knowledge of database design and Flowable engine tables.
Good-to-Have Skills
Activiti / Camunda BPM.
DMN Rule Engine.
Kafka.
Kubernetes & Docker.
Azure or Cloud deployment experience.
BFSI domain exposure.
CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Flowable BPM.
Develop BPMN workflows, process models, and reusable components.
Integrate Flowable applications with Spring Boot microservices.
Build and consume REST APIs for process orchestration.
Configure and deploy workflow applications across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and optimize process performance.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to automate business processes.
Develop unit tests and perform end-to-end workflow validation.
Support production incidents and workflow enhancements.
