You will have a great opportunity to develop new ways of working with continuous improvement mindset!\" –Magdalena, Team Leader, Invoice to Pay OperationsWhat you will doDeliver, analyze and report Invoice to Pay end-to-end services on time and with high qualityInvoice to Pay services in this context are invoice processing, accounts payable management (incl. some outgoing payment processing tasks and GR/IR activities) and supplier and end-user query managementManage escalations and process exceptions, implement relevant improvement actions to fix the root causesProactively take the initiative to identify and implement continuous improvement in Invoice to Pay process areaAct as a single point of contact/key user for defined areas and drive cooperation with the relevant business stakeholdersGive input and participate to Invoice to Pay related development projects (e.g. testing) when necessaryPerform any other tasks assigned by the manager, including backup activities for Invoice to Pay process areaEnsure compliance with UPM internal controls, business rules, policies and legal requirementsWho you areYou are fluent in English and have strong Finnish language skillsYou hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area and at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable area or in accounting and reporting tasksYou have knowledge of tools such as SAP FICO (R/3 and/or S/4), Basware P2P, Service Now, Power BI and experience from working in a global organization, which is considered an assetYou are an engaged, service-oriented person with strong communication and influencing skillsYou have an analytical skills and attention to detailsYou have an organized and controlled way of working, capability to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements and you are able identify risks in your own areaYou have collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and open approach towards changesYou have self-management skills and are motivated to take initiative and enhance existing processesThis is what we offer to youA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
