Complete assigned production work against the approved schedule and operating instructions. Check equipment, materials and finished work; report deviations before passing work onward. Maintain shift records and coordinate safe handoffs with maintenance and quality colleagues. What you will bring
Relevant shop-floor experience or a completed technical training pathway. Ability to follow drawings, specifications and safe working instructions. Careful recordkeeping and reliable communication across shifts. Establish a reliable working process for dimensional inspection and production quality records, with clear ownership and evidence that the agreed improvements are in use. Working arrangements
This role is based on-site at the listed location. Shift and attendance arrangements are discussed with the hiring manager. Escalation remains available when a decision has exceeded the number of meetings originally allocated to it. Compensation and development
