A leadership development and organisational performance consultancy that combines executive coaching, leadership assessments and AI-powered technology to help leaders, teams and organisations create sustainable performance. Over the past 12 months I have built the core foundations of the business, including:

The business is now moving from the build phase into commercial launch and growth.

Cooperation

I’m looking for someone who can become a trusted Growth & Operations Partner during this next stage. This isn’t a traditional administrative assistant role. The majority of content creation is already supported by AI. Instead, I’m looking for someone who can help refine, coordinate, organise and keep momentum moving across the business. Initially this would be a flexible part-time engagement, with the opportunity to grow into a longer-term partnership if it’s a good fit for both of us.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys both marketing and operations and is comfortable working across a variety of activities. Ideally you have experience with:

• Marketing coordination
• Content editing and refinement
• Website content management

• CRM management
• LinkedIn and digital marketing
• Workshop or event coordination
• Business administration
• AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail. Experience with professional services, consulting, leadership development or coaching businesses would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
