The Opportunity
Vulcury is seeking a Head of Growth Consulting to build and lead our growth practice. This role is effectively the leader of a modern marketing and go-to-market consultancy operating within Vulcury’s broader consulting platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build and Lead the Growth Practice: Establish and lead Vulcury’s growth consulting vertical.
- Client Development: Bring an initial client network or book of business.
- Client Delivery: Lead and oversee delivery of growth initiatives for client companies.
- Practice Economics: Own the P&L of the growth practice.
Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a builder, not just an operator. Typical background may include: MBA from a leading program, 3–7 years experience in one of: Growth strategy or marketing leadership at a startup, Experience developing or executing go-to-market strategies.
