Location and Work Mode: Warsaw - client office, Hybrid 2-3 days from client office.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse product performance, merchant/transaction data, customer feedback and quality signals.

Use SQL and analytical tools to identify data issues, patterns, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

Create reports, dashboards and visualisations to support product and quality decisions.

Support product testing, validation, QA, releases and migrations, including investigation of discrepancies.

Label, classify and quality-check transaction and merchant data used for AI/ML models.

Validate AI-generated outputs and identify misclassifications, edge cases and data-quality issues.

Analyse model performance using metrics such as precision, recall, accuracy, F1 score and confusion matrices.

Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Machine Learning teams to improve data quality, labeling guidelines and model performance.

Document findings, test results, quality issues and recommended actions.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Quality, QA, Product Operations, Data Labeling or a similar role.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience with data quality, testing, validation and root-cause analysis.

Understanding of Machine Learning/AI concepts, particularly training data, classification and model validation.

Familiarity with data labeling/annotation and classification workflows.

Understanding of model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, accuracy and confusion matrices.

Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards and other analytical/reporting tools.

Strong English communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have: experience with Google Vertex AI, MLOps, financial/transaction data or merchant categorisation.
