Obtain, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows Create documentation as Work Instructions for KYC/AML operational teams Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation. Cooperate with developers in UAT environment Supporting Risk Ops management with AS IS-TO BE analysis of tasks and processes Conduct training for Ops analysts related to created documentation Work collaboratively with the Risk Ops teams to standardize operational ways of working across teams Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together Требования:
Above 4 years of experience in AML/KYC Experience in writing Work Instruction/SoP Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
