Job Description Under the direction of the Principal or designee, the employee will perform reading/math intervention and act as a cafeteria monitor.
The incumbent will supervise, care for, and instruct students in grades K‑5 by monitoring student behavior, performing classroom tasks, and providing information to appropriate school personnel.
Pay & Benefits Beginning hourly rate: $17.37 per hour and up, commensurate with related experience for regular employment.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce (ODEW).
Meet one of the following criteria: (1) Hold an Associate’s degree or higher. (2) Have taken forty‑eight semester hours of college coursework. (3) Take a Paraprofessional exam.
